Is there a doctor in the house

It seems the more you scour the web, the more confusing the topic of weight loss becomes.

There are so many programs vying for your attention, and for the mighty dollar. The magazine articles are what kill me, it gets very difficult to tell what is an actual fact based message or program, and what is a marketing ploy by some outfit that just wants to ship you cases of their super secret weight reduction pills. Or “bars”, meaning of course the “nutrition bars” that are exploding out of grocery store shelves. My current research has led me to the ide of managed programs, meaning slightly managed, medically managed, not being shipped of to a fat camp in Tucson. I got the idea from the Dr. Darm sites which show the basic success stories from the found the medically managed program offferings that some physicians are starting to offer.

Don’t go buy 5 cases of double fudge protein bars! Find a medically managed program near you, like the one from Dr. Darm where they do actual monitoring of your stats, and work directly with you to build a solution tailored to your lifestyle
